To better serve you, every support request is assigned to a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. To make this as efficient as possible please make sure to do the following in submitting a ticket:
• Use only your M'KIS email address, not your personal email address.
• Use the "Help Topic" drop-down list to help narrow down your specific issue. When you do this the ticket is assigned to the appropriate IT Support person. For example audio visual support (projectors. Elmo, etc) will be assigned to Sakti
